New Delhi, 30 December (NNS): There are around 1.5/2 crore litres of liquid milk reported to arrive in all the powder plants of the country including UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and MP during the last week, due to this reason, almost 1220/1230 metric tonnes on daily basis. The supply showed downfall due to the rainfall and  cold wave during the second half of the week, due to which, the companies have faced a lot of problems during its purchase. Apart from this, the consumption of poly pack reported to be increase by 4 percent as compared to the last year, but both  the domestic and export demand of milk powder seems unfavourable and there is no possibility of more uptrend in the prices due to the sluggish prices of milk powder of southern parts of the country.

दूध पाउडर-शीतलहर से दूध की आपूर्ति घटी

नई दिल्ली, 30 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) हालांकि गत सप्ताह यूपी हरियाणा पंजाब राजस्थान मध्य प्रदेश सहित देश के सभी पाउडर प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति डेढ़ -पौने दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक होने लगी है, जिस कारण दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन 1220-1230 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक होने लगा है। सप्ताह के उत्तरार्ध में शीतलहर एवं बरसात के चलते थोड़ी आपूर्ति में कमी रही, जिससे कंपनियों को खरीद में मशक्कत करनी पड़ी। पॉलीपैक में भी दूध की खपत गत वर्ष की तुलना में चार प्रतिशत बढ़ी है, लेकिन दूध पाउडर का घरेलू एवं निर्यात मांग अनुकूल नहीं होने तथा दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर सस्ते बिकने से फिलहाल तेजी की बिल्कुल गुंजाइश नहीं है।

Desi ghee: increased demand due to Maha kumbh

New Delhi, 30 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk increased to 1.75 crore litres in the plants of North India, due to which, the production of desi ghee reaches to 920/930 metric tonnes of daily basis. Here, the adulterated stock has also been selling out rapidly in the markets, despite all this, there is no possibility of more downtrend in the prices due to the higher consumption in Kumbh Mela along with the starting of the weddings season after Makar Sankranti. Presently, the stockists will not likely to buy the stock at the current lower level because there is no risk in the trade. The production season is on peak. Now, there is a shortage of both butter and desi ghee in the markets and the plants.

देसी घी-महाकुंभ की मांग बढ़ी

नई दिल्ली, 30 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति बढ़कर पौने दो करोड़ लीटर दैनिक हो गई है, जिससे देसी घी का उत्पादन 920-930 मीट्रिक टन दैनिक होने लगा है। इधर मिलावटी माल भी धड़ल्ले से बिक रहे हैं, इन सबके बावजूद भी मकर संक्रांति के बाद शादियां शुरू होने के साथ-साथ महा कुंभ मेला की खपत बढ़ने से फिलहाल अब मंदिर की गुंजाइश नहीं है बाजार यही टिके रहने की संभावना है। वर्तमान वाले भाव में स्टॉकिस्ट लिवाली में अभी कम आएंगे, क्योंकि अभी इन भावों में रिस्क है। उत्पादन का पीक सीजन है। अभी प्लांटो एवं मंडियों में देशी घी तथा बटर का स्टाक नहीं है।
