New Delhi, 17 January (NNS): There were around 19.5 crore tonnes of liquid milk reported to be produced. There, the demand of milk powder remained constant for the mahakumbh, due to which, the premium quality milk powder rose by Rs 10 to Rs 295/305 per kg before 15 days. Here, the dry fruits manufacturers are doing competitive buying, due to which, the prices of milk powder may show uptrend. However, the supply of liquid milk seems high at the current level, due to this reason, the prices of milk powder may increase, but the wedding has been started. On the other hand, the consumption for mahakumbh also showed uptrend. Therefore, the prices may not decrease during the near future. The milk powder of Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu has been started arriving in the markets of North India at the higher level, in these circumstances, the market will likely to remain high during the coming days.

दूध पाउडर- खपत बढ़ने से तेज

नई दिल्ली, 17 जनवरी (एनएनएस) लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन अनुमान 19.5 करोड़ टन का आने लगा है। वहीं महाकुंभ के लिए लगातार दूध पाउडर की मांग गत सप्ताह बनी रही, जिसके चलते 15 दिन पहले 10 रुपए बढ़कर 295/305 रुपए प्रति किलो प्रीमियम क्वालिटी मिल्क पाउडर के भाव हो गए। इधर मावा निर्माताओं की प्रतिस्पर्धामक खरीद चल रही है, जिससे दूध पाउडर अभी और बढ़ सकता है। हालांकि वर्तमान में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति और बढ़ गई है, जिस कारण आगे दूध पाउडर का उत्पादन और बढ़ सकता है, लेकिन शादियां भी जोरों पर शुरू हो गई है। उधर महाकुंभ में भी खपत बड़ी है। अत: दूर दूर तक मंदा नहीं है। महाराष्ट्र तमिलनाडु के दूध पाउडर भी ऊंचे भाव में उत्तर भारत में आ रहे हैं, इन परिस्थितियों में बाजार कुछ दिनों में यहां और तेज लग रहा है।

Desi ghee: higher export of butter

New Delhi, 17 January (NNS): The arrivals of liquid milk showed uptrend during the last some days in North India. On the other hand, the the upcountry demand of both desi ghee and butter increased by 21 percent as the weddings has also been started increasing. The season seems favourable in North India, due to this, the production of liquid milk has been started increasing, but the plants are not getting the appropriate amount of liquid milk for processing in the plants as the manufactures are taking a lot of profit in flavoured milk, yogurt, butter along with other poultry products, in this situation, the prices of desi ghee may increase by Rs 10 per kg. Yesterday, its prices improved by Rs 10 per kg. The full fledged plants have been started running, but its prices improved by Rs 2 per litre as per the quality owing to the competitive buying of liquid milk. The wedding consumption may show uptrend, due to this reason, the premium quality desi ghee has been selling at Rs 8300/8650 per quintal including GST pad and the prices may increase during the coming days.

देसी घी- बटर का निर्यात बढ़ा

नई दिल्ली, 17 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में पिछले कुछ दिनों में लिक्विड दूध की वृद्धि हुई है। वहीं साये शुरू हो जाने से  देसी घी एवं मक्खन की चालानी मांग से 21 प्रतिशत बढ़ गई है। उत्तर भारत में सीजन अनुकूल होने से लिक्विड दूध का उत्पादन बढ़ने लगा है, लेकिन अभी फ्लेवर मिल्क दही छाछ मक्खन सहित अन्य उत्पादों में निर्माता कंपनियों को ज्यादा लाभ मिलने से प्लांटों को क्षमता के अनुरूप प्रोसेसिंग हेतु लिक्विड दूध नहीं मिल रहा है, इस स्थिति में देशी घी में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो की और तेजी लग रही है। कल भी देसी घी के भाव 10 रुपए प्रति किलो बढ़ गए थे। हम मानते हैं कि फुल फ्लैश प्लांट चलने लगे हैं, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध खरीदने में प्रतिस्पर्धा होने से इसके भाव भी दो रुपए प्रति लीटर क्वालिटी अनुसार बढ़ गए हैं। आगे और शादियों की खपत बढ़ जाएगी। इस वजह से जो देसी घी प्रीमियम क्वालिटी का 8300/8650 रुपए के बीच जीएसटी पैड बिक रहा है, इसमें और तेजी आ जाएगी।
