Presently, it is profitable to trade at the current level on seeing the consumption. The production of the stock seems constant in the plants of North India, but the prices of liquid milk seem high. Here, the demand of diwali reported to be high. The liquid milk manufacturers are getting the profit in the trade of poly pack.

नई दिल्ली, 6 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत की अपेक्षा दक्षिण भारत के काऊ मिल्क पाउडर महंगे बिक रहे हैं, जिससे तेजी की धारणा उत्तर भारत की मंडियों में बन गई है। वर्तमान भाव में खपत को देखते हुए व्यापार करना चाहिए। उत्तर भारत के प्लांटों में भी उत्पादन हो रहा है, लेकिन लिक्विड दूध के पड़ते महंगे हो गए हैं। इधर दिवाली की अच्छी मांग चल रही है। लिक्विड का लाभ विशेष पोली पैक लिक्विड दूध निर्माता ही उठा रहे हैं।

However, the flow of liquid milk increased by 23 percent during the last one week. Therefore, the trade of desi ghee should not be done at the higher level.
देसी घी- छठ पूजा के बाद मंदा
नई दिल्ली, 6 नवम्बर (एनएनएस) हालांकि देसी घी कंपनियां नए उत्पादन करने लगी है, लिक्विड दूध भी पड़ते में आ रहा है, इन सब के बावजूद भी छठ पूजा की खपत भरपूर रही है, उसके लिए चालानी मांग अब समाप्त हो चुकी है, लेकिन नए उत्पाद का माल कंपनियों में नहीं बचा है इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए घटने की गुंजाइश नहीं है। हालांकि एक सप्ताह में लिक्विड दूध का फ्लो पिछले सप्ताह 23 प्रतिशत बढ़ गया था। अत: अब देसी घी में तेजी का व्यापार नहीं करना चाहिए।
