New Delhi, 26 December (NNS): The supply of liquid milk showed  uptrend in all the areas including Meerut, Khurja, Siyana, Bulandshehr, Khurja, Charra, Kasganj, Pihova, Agra, Palwal, Mewaat, Kundali and Kurukshetra of North India, due to this reason, the prices of desi ghee remained stable at Rs 8000/8250 per quintal. The butter prices 82 percent fats also held sluggish at Rs 370 per kg. This year, the stock of butter showed downtrend in both the European and the Egypt countries. The prices of both butter and desi ghee seems good, due to this reason, the prices may not show more downfall. It is expected that the prices may decrease by Rs 150/160 per tin during the current week after the increment in the production.

नई दिल्ली, 26 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति मेरठ, खुर्जा, सियाना, बुलंदशहर, अलीगढ़, खुर्जा, छर्रा, कासगंज, पिहोवा, पलवल, आगरा, मेवात, कुरुक्षेत्र, कुंडली, राई सभी क्षेत्रों के उत्पादक प्लांटों में पहले की अपेक्षा वृद्धि हुई है। जिस कारण देसी घी के भाव 8000/8250 रुपए प्रति टीन पर टिके रहे। बटर के भाव भी 82 प्रतिशत फैट वाले माल के 370 रुपए पर सुस्त चल रहे हैं। इसबार यूरोपीय एवं इजिप्ट के देशों में बटर का निर्यात भी घट गया है। देसी घी एवं बटर के पड़ते ठीक लग रहे हैं। इस वजह से अभी और मंदा आने वाला है। उत्पादन बढ़ने पर चालू सप्ताह के अंतराल संभवत 150/160 रुपए प्रति टीन और घट सकते हैं।

Milk powder: should store after some time

New Delhi, 26 December (NNS): The availability of liquid milk has been started improving in the plants of North India, due to which, the procurement reduced by Rs 3 to Rs 46/48 per kg during the previous week and in VLC, the companies have purchased the stock at Rs 50/51 per kg. The demand of milk powder showed downfall after the wedding season off. The supply of liquid milk increased to one and a half crore litres during, in these circumstances, the prices may not decrease by Rs 10 per kg. Therefore, it is not profitable to purchase the stock at the current level.  The traders are not buying the milk powder of South India at the current level and the prices showed soft trend in the international markets.

दूध पाउडर- स्टॉक ठहर कर करिए

नई दिल्ली, 26 दिसम्बर (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में लिक्विड दूध की उपलब्धि अपेक्षाकृत प्लांटों में सुधरने लगी है, जिससे प्रोक्योरमेंट पिछले सप्ताह 3 रुपए प्रति किलो घटाकर 46/48 एवं वीएलसी 50/51 रुपए प्रति किलो कंपनियों ने खरीद किया। शादियां बंद हो जाने से दूध पाउडर मांग कम हो गयी है। लिक्विड दूध किया आपूर्ति आज सप्ताह के पहले दिन ही डेढ़ करोड़ लीटर हो गई, इन परिस्थितियों में 10 रुपए प्रति किलो मंदे के आसार दिखाई दे रहे हैं। अत: वर्तमान भाव में ज्यादा माल खरीदने की जरूरत नहीं है। दक्षिण भारत के दूध पाउडर भी वर्तमान भाव पर बढ़ाकर लिवाल नहीं आ रहे हैं तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भी थोड़ा नरम चल रहा है।
