New Delhi, 10 January (NNS): According to the traders, there is  a risk for the stockists to purchase the stock of desi ghee at Rs 8200/8450 per tin in North India, but there is a shortage of butter stock in the plants because the butter is being available at the reasonable prices in the international markets, due to which, the export of the stock seems constant and the export order of butter reported to be pending in the companies of North India, due to this reason, there is a lack of arrival pressure of desi ghee in the companies and to the traders. Apart from this, the old stock has already been sold out in the markets. Here, the consumption of weddings and mahakumbh will likely to remain high, in these circumstances, it is profitable to trade at the current level.

देसी घी-बटर की महंगाई से तेजी

नई दिल्ली, 10 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत में स्टाकिस्टों को 8200/8450 रुपए प्रति टीन देसी घी खरीदने में रिस्क कारोबारी मान रहे हैं, लेकिन प्लांटों में इस बार बटर का स्टॉक नहीं बन पा रहा है। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजारों में भारतीय बटर पड़ते लग रहे हैं, जिससे निर्यात लगातार चल रहा है तथा सभी उत्तर भारत की कंपनियों के पास बढ़िया मटर का निर्यात ऑर्डर पेंडिंग चल रहे हैं। यही कारण है कि देसी घी का स्टॉक व्यापारियों एवं कंपनियों में प्रेशर वाला नहीं है तथा पुराना माल पहले ही निपट चुके थे। इथर आगे शादियों के साथ-साथ महाकुंभ में भी देसी घी खपत रहने वाली है, इन परिस्थितियों में व्यापार करते रहना चाहिए।

Milk powder: no downfall in the near future

New Delhi, 10 January (NNS): The upcountry demand of milk powder reported to be good from the companies for Mahakumbh, due to which, liquid milk stock is being available to the liquid milk manufacturer companies at the strong level of Rs 50/53 per litre. The buying of best quality milk seems competitive because the big companies are purchasing huge amount of stock after giving the incentive, due to this reason, the small companies have faced the problems, whereas, the sale of milk powder seems favourable for Mahakumbh, due to which, the market may not show more downfall during the near future.

दूध पाउडर-निकट में मंदा नहीं

नई दिल्ली, 10 जनवरी (एनएनएस) दूध पाउडर में महाकुंभ की चालानी मांग कंपनियों से अच्छी चल रही है, जिससे क्वालिटी अनुसार लिक्विड दूध निर्माता कंपनियों को 50/53 रुपए प्रति लीटर अब दोबारा मजबूत हो गए हैं। अभी भी बढ़िया दूध की खरीद में कुछ प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी पड़ रही है, क्योंकि बड़ी कंपनियां इंसेंटिव देकर माल ज्यादा खरीद ले रही हैं। इस वजह से छोटी कंपनियों को थोड़ी दिक्कत जरूर है, उधर आगे दूध पाउडर की बिक्री भी महाकुंभ के लिए अनुकूल हो गई है, जिससे बाजार में मंदे की धारणा समाप्त हो गई है।
