New Delhi, 16 January (NNS): The full flesh plants of north India has been started running and the stock of liquid milk showed heavy uptrend from the last 20 to 22 days in the plants but the availability of butter seems weak as comparatively, due to this, the prices may not show more uptrend. The production of Desi Ghee also reported to be sluggish because of the constant export of butter, in this situation, the prices may show more uptrend and desi ghee remained stable at Rs 8300/8550 per tin during the current week. During the previous month, the prices assigned by Rs 150 per tin, but the companies may increase the prices because the butter has been exported constantly for Egypt. The adulterated stock has been selling out in the  consuming industries at the sluggish prices, due to this reason, the prices of best quality stock may show uptrend gradually.

देसी घी-स्टाकिस्ट माल नहीं ले पाए

नई दिल्ली, 16 जनवरी (एनएनएस) उत्तर भारत के प्लांट अब फुल फ्लैश चलने लगे हैं, लेकिन लिक्विड 20-22 दिनों के अंतराल जिस तरह से प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध बढ़ा है, उस अनुपात में बटर का स्टॉक प्लांटों में नहीं होने से तेजी का   रूख बना हुआ है। देसी घी का उत्पादन भी, बटर का निर्यात होने से कम हो रहा है, इस स्थिति में अभी और तेजी की संभावना बन गई है। आज भी देसी घी के भाव 150 रुपए बढ़कर 8400/8700 रुपए प्रति टीन हो गए हैं। गत माह भी बाजार 150 रुपए प्रति टीन तेज हो गया था, लेकिन कंपनियां अभी और बढ़ाने की फिराक में हैं, क्योंकि बटर निर्यात इजिप्ट के लिए लगातार हो रहा है। मिलावटी माल अधिकतर प्रचलित ब्रांडों के, मंदे भाव में खपत वाले उद्योगों में जा रहा हैं, जिस कारण बढ़िया मालों में रुक-रुक कर तेजी आएगी।

Milk powder: stockists are in confusion

New Delhi, 16 January (NNS): The supply of liquid milk reported to be surplus in the plants, due to which, the stored stock of milk powder has been started increasing in the godowns. Presently, its consumption has also been started increasing for weddings and Mahakumbh. The companies are not selling the stock at the lower level n seeing the consumption and the prices of milk powder showed uptrend in the southern parts of the country. However, the difference between the prices of northern and souther plants reported to be high, despite all this, the prices may not show more downfall on seeing the further consumption.

दूध पाउडर-स्टॉकिस्ट असमंजस में पड़े

नई दिल्ली, 16 जनवरी (एनएनएस) प्लांटों में लिक्विड दूध की आपूर्ति पिछले माह से सरप्लस हो रही है, जिससे दूध पाउडर का स्टॉक गोदामों में अब बढ़ने लगा है। वर्तमान में शादियां एवं महाकुंभ शुरू की खपत बढ़ने लगी है, इस अतिरिक्त खपत को देखकर कंपनियां अब बिकवाली घटाकर नहीं कर रही हैं तथा दक्षिण भारत में भी दूध पाउडर थोड़ा मजबूत हो गया है। हालांकि उत्तर एवं दक्षिण के प्लांटों में भावों का अंतर अधिक चल रहा है। इन सबके बावजूद भी आगे खपत को देखते हुए और मंदा नहीं लग रहा है।
